GB1

A 16 week program covering the fundamentals of sport Jiu-Jitsu and self defence. Perfect for beginners regardless of age or fitness levels.

You can start the class on any week. You do not have to wait for week 1 as this program is on a constant cycle

GB2

After achieving 3 stripes on your white belt (average 4-6 months) you are now ready for more advanced training as well as full sparing. This class gives you the required training to achieve your blue belt and beyond.

Expand your Jiu-Jitsu skills by learning to grapple without the kimono. Without kimono grips, you are forced to move faster to transition from one position to the next
